Winter has been easier with Aronia

I have a family with 3 children under 9. Winter has always been a challenging time because of colds and coughs that just seem to blend into one – making winter miserable.

This winter was different – we used Aronia (daily) and Artemesia (when the coughs started)  and only our little 2 year old got colds etc. but less so as he is still breast feeding – he seems to have received some goodness from mom.
