General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of kingnature AG, Staubstrasse 1, CH-8038 Zurich
1. Validity of the GTC and conclusion of the contract
1.1 These “General Terms and Conditions” (GTC) apply to all purchase contracts concluded via the website of kingnature AG. Deviating agreements must be in writing. By placing his order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and binds to them.
1.2 Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be legally or partially invalid by virtue of mandatory statutory provisions, the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain valid.
1.3 The order is confirmed by the seller by mail. The contract is concluded by acceptance of the order by kingnature AG, either by sending an order confirmation or by sending the ordered goods directly.
2.1 All prices are quoted in CHF. VAT and processing are included. Shipping costs are charged separately. The shipping costs are also indicated online.
2.2 The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the order date on the website apply to the customers.
2.3 If export or import charges are incurred during shipment, these shall be borne by the customer. For sales to customers outside Switzerland, no VAT is charged, but they have to pay the respective national import charges. We recommend our EU-Shop to customers from the EU area.
3. Terms of delivery
3.1 Delivery normally takes place within 10 working days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this time.
3.2 If no information is given, the customer is entitled to waive the delivery.
3.3 Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. In the case of incorrect, incomplete or unclear information by the customer, the customer bears all costs arising therefrom.
4. Liability and guarantee
4.1 The buyer has to check the delivered goods as soon as possible and report any defects immediately: 044 271 22 00 / firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.2 If a defect exists, the buyer can either cancel the contract or demand a replacement delivery.
5.1 The invoice is enclosed with the dispatch of the goods. The invoice is due and payable within 30 days after receipt of the invoice.
5.2 In case of late payment, the supplier will send a maximum of two reminders. If the customer does not pay, then measures for the implementation of the measures are initiated. Damage claims are reserved.
The data protection regulations can be found in the separate section on the data protection provisions of kingnature AG. This is available online on the website www.kingnature.ch.
You can return the goods to us within 10 days from receipt of the goods under the following conditions and a reason.
- The goods must be original and unopened.
- The goods must be fully labeled (product tags/labels).
The value of the goods will be credited to your bank account or credit card on receipt of the above-mentioned points. Your credit card will be credited within the next 10 days, it may take up to 30 days until this credit is visible on your statement. The return is at your expense and risk. Please ensure that the return is adequately stamped.
8.1 If you do not like the item, you can return it within 14 days. In the case of a delivery in several parts, the return period is extended until you have received all remaining delivery (s). Please always attach the delivery note or the copy of the invoice so that we can credit your returns immediately. The goods must, however, be in their original packaging and unopened condition.
8.2 The return is at your expense and risk. Please ensure that the return is adequately stamped.
8.3 If the goods are already paid and the above points are met, the goods value will be credited to your bank account or your credit card. Your credit card will be credited within the next 10 days, it may take up to 30 days until this credit is visible on your statement.
9. Court of Jurisdiction
9.1 Swiss law, especially the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, applies to these General Terms and Conditions.
9.2 The court of jurisdiction is Zurich.
