Endurance sports have been a great passion of Franziska's since childhood. After enjoying success in orienteering in her youth, she made her comeback in cycling in 2023. After a serious accident in which her left ankle was severely injured and stiffened, she began training with the paracycling team in 2023 and won the silver medal at the Paracycling World Championships on the track in her very first year. Since then, she has enjoyed one success after another. ‘For me, competitive sport is associated with a zest for life and strengthens me as a person because it constantly pushes me out of my comfort zone and thus encourages me to grow personally.’ In addition to competitive sport, Franziska also works at the Wise Medicine integrative clinic as a personal health and ADHD coach.
