kingnature as a training location for commercial apprentices

We have been training a commercial apprentice at our production site in Wädenswil for two years. She has now started her third year of training with us and will complete her apprenticeship in a year’s time. She has already been able to “look inside” various departments (logistics, sales, marketing, production, accounting and personnel administration). With her open and committed manner, she has quickly settled into the team and has already learned and implemented a lot. Our team is motivated to guide, encourage and challenge young people in this profession.

Dear Carmen*, how did you like your first two years of training at kingnature?

Better than expected! I would never have thought that CT could be so much fun. At kingnature, you can learn a lot and you’re also challenged a lot. Especially in the creative area.

How do you feel about working in a team?

Working in the kingnature team has made teaching easier for me. All the staff are super friendly and are always willing to help, not only with “work stuff” but also with school stuff. The best description is “family like”!
