Living better for longer – Two case studies on the Longevity Box
Longevity – “longevity” is on everyone’s lips! Longevity research shows that you can significantly extend your lifespan, especially a healthy one, if you pay attention to a few things. With the Longevity Box, you can specifically counteract senescence – pathological cells that accelerate ageing. We present two case studies.
What does longevity mean?
Longevity – “longevity” – generally refers to a long service life. Of course, we not only want a long life, but above all a healthy one! Longevity and a healthy lifestyle usually go hand in hand, although there are of course always exceptions (both positive and negative).
The most important pillars for longevity:
Nutrition
- Plant-based: Lots of vegetables, fruit, pulses, whole grains
- Less processed: Avoid household sugar, white flour, highly processed foods
- Healthy fats: e.g. nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, avocados
Movement
- Daily exercise: 30-60 minutes of moderate activity (e.g. brisk walking)
- Strength training: maintaining muscle mass with increasing age protects against frailty and falls
- Flexibility and balance: e.g. Pilates, Liebscher & Bracht, foundation training
Mental and spiritual health
- Stress reduction: e.g. work-life balance, meditation, prayer, breathing exercises, sport, hobbies
- Social ties: Good relationships promote mental and physical health
- Meaning in life: people with a clear purpose in life often live longer and happier lives
- Spirituality: People of faith often have a firm footing even in challenging life situations
Sleep
- 7-9 hours per night, regular sleep rhythm: chronic sleep deprivation increases the risk of many diseases
Avoidance of risk factors
- Smoking
- Alcohol
- Drugs
- Household sugar
Many of these findings come from the so-called Blue Zones – regions of the world where people live longer and healthier than average. The following regions have a particularly high number of people who live to be over 100 years old: Okinawa (Japan), Sardinia (Italy), Ikaria (Greece), Nicoya Peninsula (Costa Rica). People in the Blue Zones also have a low rate of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease and dementia.

Supplements / dietary supplements
There are a number of vital substances that are often associated with healthy ageing and longevity. It is advisable to ensure that these are covered as well as possible with a healthy, varied diet. High-quality nutritional supplements can also be used. It is important, however, that these do not replace a healthy lifestyle, but can complement it optimally.
Vital substances that can support a long, healthy life include
- Vitamins D3 and K2
- Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA)
- Magnesium
- Zinc
- Coenzyme Q10
- Various secondary plant substances
- Antioxidants
These substances support many important metabolic functions, are anti-inflammatory, provide energy, strengthen the immune system and thus counteract chronic civilization diseases and support healthy ageing.

A new, innovative longevity product has been proven to counteract senescent cells, which are known to accelerate ageing and promote disease.
What are senescent cells, what is senescence?
Senescent cells are cells whose function is impaired but which are still active; they have permanently lost their ability to divide and promote ageing processes and age-related diseases. They are caused by age, chronic illnesses, injuries, environmental factors or genetic defects and release pro-inflammatory substances that can damage surrounding tissue. In young and healthy bodies, they are eliminated by the immune system – in old age and chronic diseases, however, this works less well, causing these cells to accumulate and drive degenerative processes. Cellular senescence is therefore considered a key factor in ageing.
Senotherapeutics
Senotherapeutics are active ingredients that are used specifically to combat senescence. They help to alleviate or prevent age-related diseases and improve health in old age. Senolytics eliminate ageing, senescent cells, while senorevertics help to regenerate these cells and restore their function.
The Longevity Box combines these two options. It contains a senolytic (Reset Vida) and a senorevertic (Renew Vida), which complement each other perfectly. Both products contain a range of scientifically tested natural substances that support the body in tackling senescent cells.
Combination therapy can be used to prevent and treat a wide range of chronic, degenerative and age-related health problems. As the following case studies impressively demonstrate, for example in chronic kidney disease:
Case 1: An 83-year-old man with atherosclerosis and loss of kidney function
The former heavy smoker suffered from progressive atherosclerosis (degenerative disease of the arterial vessel walls) with high blood pressure and vascular-related loss of kidney function, which has worsened continuously over the last ten years.
In order to combat the cellular senescence underlying his condition, targeted supplementation with the Longevity Box was started.
The intervention is divided into two phases of one month each (and is then repeated):
- Senolytic phase (Reset Vida): serves to selectively remove senescent cells
- Senoreverting phase (Renew Vida): serves to modulate healthy cell function
Drug therapy and diet remained unchanged during the entire treatment period. The blood values were determined as part of a routine examination at the local clinic and showed an improvement in several parameters:
Parameters | 2023 (December) | 2024 (December) | Reference values |
Creatinine | 224.0 | 121.0 | Men: 62-115 |
Urea | 9.5 | 7.6 | 2.5-7.5 |
GFR (glomerular filtration rate) | 38.0 | 62.0 | ≥ 90 |
Potassium | 5.6 | 4.8 | 3.5-5.1 |
LDL cholesterol | 3.1 | 2.8 | < 3.0 |
The results show a clear improvement in kidney and cardiovascular values after using the Longevity Box (Reset Vida and Renew Vida).
Laboratory tests have already shown that Reset Vida reduces senescent cells. These cells release pro-inflammatory substances and can impair the function of organs. Removing them can help to reduce inflammation and improve the environment of the cells in the body.
This can contribute to better blood circulation and kidney function, especially in people with long-standing atherosclerosis and the resulting kidney weakness.
Following this first treatment phase, a second phase was carried out with Renew Vida, which aims to activate the body’s own repair processes. Previous studies suggest that this phase improves the cells’ ability to renew themselves, which could also benefit damaged kidney cells.
In addition, laboratory studies have shown that Longevity Box products inhibit the formation of certain messenger substances that are associated with the worsening of chronic kidney disease.
Overall, there is much to suggest that this treatment supports the body on several levels: by removing harmful cells, promoting cell repair and slowing down pathological changes in the kidneys.
Case 2: A 71-year-old woman with recurrent nephrolithiasis and impaired renal function
The patient had been suffering from recurrent nephrolithiasis (kidney stones) and frequent bacterial urinary tract infections for 20 years. She reported a deterioration in kidney function over the last five years, which was confirmed by laboratory analyses. The patient also had a history of mild hypercholesterolemia, but no history of cardiovascular disease or hypertension.
The Longevity Box was used and supplemented with 2 additional products (according to the patient):
- Omega-3 fatty acids
- Curcumin
No dietary changes were made. The following blood parameters were measured in a private clinic:
Parameters | 2024 (July) | 2024 (December) | Reference values |
Creatinine | 127.0 | 98.0 | Women: 44-97 |
Urea | 7.9 | 7.1 | 2.5-7.5 |
GFR (glomerular filtration rate) | 64.0 | 86.0 | ≥ 90 |
Potassium | 5.0 | 4.5 | 3.5-5.1 |
The data indicate an improvement in kidney function after two months of using the Longevity Box. The observed effects can presumably be attributed to the combination of Reset Vida and Renew Vida. In addition to mechanical damage, kidney stones also cause local inflammatory reactions in which immune cells release pro-inflammatory (inflammatory) cytokines. Their persistent presence promotes scarring, which impairs kidney function.
The reduction of senescent cells may have weakened the inflammatory environment and promoted regeneration. The subsequent senoreversive phase may have supported cellular reprogramming and repair processes. In addition, the longevity box preparations may reduce IL-11 expression – a factor associated with tissue damage. Overall, this may have contributed to the recovery of tissue damaged by kidney stones, as reflected in improved creatinine and GFR levels. Omega-3 and curcumin may have additionally supported healing through anti-inflammatory effects.
These initial case studies suggest that the Longevity Box can help to slow down or reverse chronic kidney disease – by reducing senescent cells, inhibiting inflammation, protecting cells and promoting repair mechanisms.
