Matcha: The green superfood with up to 15x more nutrients than green tea
Matcha is not just tea – it is a real superfood. Unlike conventional green tea, the whole leaf of matcha is ground and consumed. As a result, it contains up to 15 times more nutrients and antioxidants than a watery tea extract.

How to recognize real matcha: the streak test
Put some powder on a white sheet of paper and draw a line with your finger: industrially processed powder leaves an interrupted, sandy trace, often with a brownish or yellowish tinge. Original matcha produces a straight, velvety line with an intense, rich green hue – no brown, no gray, no yellow. The smell and taste also reveal a lot: high-quality matcha smells fresh like green tea, not musty or bitter.
