Problems Sleeping

I’ve never really slept well, but it’s gotten a lot worse over the last 25 years or so. I go to bed at about 22:45 and then read until I fall asleep between 00:30 and 2:00. I wake up often, sometimes every 45 minutes and need up to half an hour to fall asleep again. At 6:45 in the morning I am awake and can no longer sleep. This usually makes me feel a little shattered.
For about 8 years I have been using a sleeping pill (Dalmadorm Mite) to help me fall asleep. I’d like to get away from sleeping pills. With this in mind, I have been using Relax Vida for 4 weeks now and take 2 capsules at approx. 21:00 in the evening. The first few days I did not notice much. I then inquired and heard that one has to take the remedy for a longer time until the desired effect occurs. I then went on and after 2 more weeks of taking it, I notice that I sleep much deeper and I feel more rested in the morning than before I took Relax Vida. When I wake up at night, I fall back to sleep much quicker.
To feel well rested in the morning is such a great feeling that I haven’t experienced for such a long time. I can recommend Relax Vida in good faith

P.S – slept through last night (21 Aug 2018) for the first time in many years
