In detail these are: Pineapple, angelica root, aniseed, basil herb, dill fruit, fennel, rosehip fruit, blueberry leaves, raspberry leaves, elderflower, ginger root, cardamom, maca root, oregano, peppermint, rosemary leaves, rooibos, red clover leaves, saffron threads, sage leaves, black cumin seeds, liquorice, thyme, vanilla pods, cinnamon and ling zhi.

EM Multi Ferment® is a fermented concentrate of 26 herbs and plants, enriched with 31 different lactic acid bacteria cultures. It is vegan, free of sugar, sweeteners and additives and is made in Switzerland.
The health claims that are possible for a dietary supplement such as EM Multi Ferment® and its ingredients are precisely specified by the legislator. We must not go beyond it, even if it has scientifically confirmed physiological properties. See for yourself with an internet search.
Take 1 x 20 ml or 2 x 10 ml daily (with the enclosed measuring cup) ideally undiluted and circulate a little in the mouth before swallowing. Preferably take at least half an hour before a meal. For a milder taste experience, EM Multi Ferment® can be taken diluted in half a glass of water.
Store at room temperature before opening and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within a month. Please store the product upright and do not drink directly from the bottle. Carbon dioxide formation can create a slight overpressure in the bottle. Swirl product before opening, do not shake.
