General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of kingnature AG, Staubstrasse 1, CH-8038 Zürich

1. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions and conclusion of contract
1.1 These «General Terms and Conditions» (GTC) apply to all purchase contracts concluded via the website www.kingnature.ch. Deviating agreements must be made in writing. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC and is bound by them.
1.2 The offer of kingnature AG, based in Zurich, is aimed exclusively at persons residing in Switzerland or another non-EU country. For persons residing in the EU, the EUROPE Terms and Conditions apply.
1.3 Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid due to mandatory statutory provisions, the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain valid.
1.4 DThe order will be confirmed by the supplier by email. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by kingnature AG, either by sending an order confirmation or directly by sending the ordered goods.
1.5 Products purchased from kingnature may not be resold outside Switzerland without the written consent of kingnature. Sale to a distributor or intermediary who offers our products outside Switzerland is also not permitted.
1.6 The kingnature brand is protected by trademark law. The logo may not be used without prior consultation.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices are quoted in CHF. Value added tax and processing fees are included. Shipping costs will be charged separately. Shipping costs are also specified online.
2.2 The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the date of the order apply to customers.
2.3 If export or import duties are incurred during shipping, these shall be borne by the customer. No VAT is payable on sales to customers outside Switzerland, but they must pay the respective national import duties. We recommend our EU-Shop.
3. terms of delivery
3.1 DDelivery usually takes place within 10 working days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed at the latest after this period has expired.
3.2 If no information is provided, the customer is entitled to cancel the delivery.
3.3 Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer. If the customer provides incorrect, incomplete or unclear information, they shall bear all costs incurred as a result.
4. Liability and warranty
4.1 The buyer must inspect the delivered goods as soon as possible and report any defects immediately: 044 271 22 00 / info@kingnature.ch.
4.2 If there is a defect, the buyer may either withdraw from the contract or demand a replacement delivery.
5. Payment
5.1 The invoice will be enclosed with the shipment of the goods. It is due within 20 days of receipt of the invoice, free of charges and deductions.
5.2 In the event of late payment, the provider will send a maximum of two reminders. If the customer still fails to pay, debt collection measures will be initiated. The right to claim damages remains reserved.
6. Privacy policy
The data protection provisions can be found in the separate section on data protection provisions of kingnature AG. This is available online on the website www.kingnature.ch abrufbar.
7. Return policy
You may return the goods received to us within 14 days of receipt, stating the reason for doing so, under the following conditions.
- The goods must be in their original packaging and unopened.
- The goods must be fully labelled (product tags/labels).
- Please always enclose the delivery note or a copy of the invoice so that we can credit your return immediately.
- The return shipment is at your expense and risk. Please ensure that the return shipment is sufficiently stamped.
The value of the goods will be credited in full to your bank account or credit card upon receipt and compliance with the above points. The credit will be made to your credit card within the next 10 days; it may take up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your statement.
8. Place of jurisdiction
8.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, in particular the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
8.2 The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
