Bitter aroma – no bitter taste

It’s true, ‘bitter’ is rarely love at first sight – especially at a time when bitter substances have largely disappeared from our food. Vegetables that used to be very bitter, such as endive, radicchio, chicory and kale, now hardly have the typical ‘bitterness’ anymore. As we are no longer used to this taste, many of us find it unpleasant at first. But with a little patience, we can reacquaint our taste buds with this almost forgotten flavour and perhaps even develop a new fondness for bitterness.

Amaro Soft contains an herbal extract from a total of 14 bitter herbs without alcohol (with apple cider vinegar and glycerine). Net content: 100 ml. One bottle contains approx. 2300 drops.

Consumption recommendation

We recommend taking 35–40 drops daily, either undiluted or diluted with water, during or after a meal. Shake well before use!
