I have heard that regular use of Cayenne can relieve chronic pain. Since I don’t want to eat a spoonful of spicy Cayenne every day, I came across the encapsulated variety, Caye Vida. Now I’ve been taking these capsules for some time. It is too early to say if, from a pain perspective, there has been any clear improvement, but my stomach (and digestion) is much better. I had a very sensitive stomach and since taking the Cayenne capsules, I have had neither heartburn or indigestion. I can once again enjoy my food.
