Relax Vida® with ashwagandha and milk protein
Relax Vida® contains a mixture of natural plant substances, milk hydrolysate with the brand name Lactium®, the amino acid L-tryptophan and biotin, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental function. Relax Vida® is gently produced in Switzerland.
Ashwagandha or sleeping berry
Ashwagandha originally comes from India and is used there in Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine).
The botanical name is Withania somnifera (Latin for “soporific”), the plant is known as the sleeping berry.
Relax Vida® contains a powder made from the ashwaganda root. It is important that it has been carefully harvested and processed so that the natural ingredients are preserved.
Lactium® – modelled on breast milk
After breastfeeding, babies often fall into a state of special calm and relaxation. This observation inspired scientists to develop Lactium®. This is a specially prepared milk protein hydrolysate. We only use milk hydrolysate with the brand name Lactium®, as various studies have been published on this food ingredient and the properties and use of this food ingredient have been tested over many years.
Tryptophan, serotonin and melatonin
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid. Among other things, the body uses tryptophan as a starting material to produce the neurotransmitter serotonin.
Biotin – Natural support for the nervous system
We also mix biotin (vitamin B7) into our Relax Vida product. This contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental function.
