The Rose Bikes Switzerland Factory Racing Team was founded in 2022 and offers young mountain bikers from the region optimal development opportunities. The team promotes and supports the career planning of its athletes, who are often students or trainees at the same time. The aim is to enable the athletes to achieve a healthy balance between education, private life and cycling. The team provides its athletes with an optimal infrastructure for races and organises joint training sessions and training camps, which are valuable for the development of the riders, team spirit and internal competition. In January 2023, Rose Bikes Switzerland announced its partnership with four talented young MTB racers and has been cooperating with kingnature ever since.
