Our fish oil comes from sustainable catches in Norway and has a remarkably high content of omega-3 fatty acids. 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) contains 1150 mg EPA and 1000 mg DHA.

The TOTOX value is a measure of the freshness and quality of omega-3 oils: it indicates how much the oil is oxidized. A low TOTOX value indicates a fresh, slightly oxidized oil. In the case of Omega-3 Vida, this value is less than 4 – thus proof of the outstanding quality of our fish oil.
